Frequently Asked Questions

• I haven't receive the auto-generated email yet. What should I do?

  Check your spam or junk folder for an email from “The Jewish Community Foundation of Montreal” (JCF) from no-reply@fcsuite.com. If it hasn’t arrived, please email advisorportal@jcfmontreal.org so that we can re-send the information you will need to get started.

• I don’t understand how to navigate the portal. Where can I get help?

• The URL only worked the first time. How do I return to the portal?

  The custom URL inside the auto-generated email should only be used to establish your password. Take note of your username (your username is your email address) and the password you select and then visit our Fund Advisor Portal to access the system at any time.

• I’ve lost my password. What should I do?

  For security reasons, The JCF team does not have the ability to access your password. You can reset your password on the Fund Advisor Portal login page. If you still need assistance, please email advisorportal@jcfmontreal.org

• I only see my December 31 2022 Fund Statement, where are my previous statements?

  Due to the migration of the portal, only December 31 2022 Fund Statements are available online. If you require any past statements please email Wendy Grossbaum.

• Where are my recurring grants?

  Grants previously entered in Donor Central for a future date, as well as recurring grants, have not been migrated into the Fund Advisor Portal. You may enter them yourself, or contact Lee Omer prior to March 25, 2023.
